Delivery and Payment

Orders within the Czech Republic and Slovakia are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.

For all orders over 1,490 CZK (€60), shipping is completely free!

For smaller orders, delivery within the Czech Republic costs:

When should I take creatine?

Creatine timing isn’t that important, so you can take it at any time during the day.

However, it seems that supplementing it after a demanding match or workout together with carbohydrates can speed up the replenishment of glycogen stores. This is beneficial especially for elite athletes.

When will I feel the effect?

You may feel the first effects of Creapure® Creatine — such as increased strength and performance — within 2–4 weeks.

For muscle gain and improved endurance, you’ll need consistent use for 4–8 weeks in combination with training. In the same time frame, you may also notice improved mental function.

Is it true that with creatine I’ll just gain water weight and look bloated?

No - it’s a myth stemming from one of the early studies, where participants took high doses of creatine and after a week their total body water was measured, which did increase over that week.

However, further research has shown that creatine does not increase total body water in the long term. If there is an increase in water in the body, it’s due to the increase in muscle mass that creatine supports, but the overall percentage of water in the body and in the cells remains the same. So you definitely won’t “puff up” after taking creatine, and any weight gain will be mainly muscle, not water.

Studies also show that creatine doesn’t damage the kidneys, doesn’t harm the liver, and doesn’t cause hair loss.

Can people under 18 take creatine?

As this 2021 study shows, creatine supplementation in children and adolescents generally improves performance and is not associated with any adverse effects.

Therefore, based on the research, experts believe that consuming creatine poses no risk for people under 18.

Should I discontinue taking creatine?

You don’t have to. Creatine doesn’t need to be cycled or discontinued - its effects don’t diminish with long-term use, and there’s no reason to take “breaks.” Research confirms it’s safe even with long-term use.
