Orders within the Czech Republic and Slovakia are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.

How many electrolytes should I drink?

The more you sweat, the more you need!

As a rule of thumb, aim for 1–2 scoops of electrolytes per every 500 ml of water you drink. During an intense match or race in hot summer conditions, you may need even more.
