Get 500 credits when you create an account, 500 on your birthday each year and 500 for leaving a product review. These are the base rewards.

Purchases earn you 2% back in credits as a Member, 2.5% as Pro and 3% as Elite. Spend €100 on eligible products as a Member and earn credits worth €2 off a future order.

FAQs

How do I join?

Create a free customer account and use the same email address whenever you shop. You’ll receive 500 credits for creating your account and start earning credits on your purchases.

On desktop, you’ll find login in the top right under “My Account”; on mobile, in the top left inside the Menu.

How do I redeem my credits?

All members can use credits for discounts through their account. Every 100 credits equals 1 Kč off - approximately €0.04. Your discount amount is shown when you redeem.

Active subscribers can also choose product rewards in their account. Any discount code generated from credits is valid for 12 hours.

What do I get for referring a friend?

Your friend gets 200 Kč off their first subscription of at least 1,000 Kč - approximately €8 off an order of €41 or more. You get 5,000 credits.

Your reward becomes eligible after 12 hours, provided their order hasn’t been cancelled. Rewards are processed hourly.

You can find your referral link under your account in the loyalty program section.

How do the membership tiers work?

Member is free with an account and earns 2% back in credits. Pro earns 2.5% and requires 3,000 Kč in qualifying purchases over the last 12 months - approximately €123. Elite earns 3% and requires 8,000 Kč - approximately €328.

Qualifying purchases are calculated before discounts, excluding VAT and shipping. Your tier lasts one year from the last time you qualified and renews when you qualify again.

Where can I see my credits and rewards?

Sign in to your account and open the loyalty section. You’ll find your credit balance, membership tier and available rewards there.

Do my credits expire?

Yes. Credits expire after 12 months of customer-account inactivity. This is separate from the 12-hour validity of a discount code generated from your credits.

Do I need a subscription to join?

No. Membership is free, and everyone can earn credits and redeem them for discounts. Only customers with an active subscription can redeem credits for product rewards.
