Collecting points is super simple

For every 1 CZK you spend, you get 2 Complex Points. On top of that, you’ll get 1,000 points for signing up, 1,000 points on your birthday, and once every 30 days you can earn another 1,000 points for a photo/video review of one of our products.

All points are automatically saved to your customer account, and you can redeem them anytime for rewards or discounts on your next purchase - directly in your profile on our e-shop.

How can I join the Loyalty program?

Just log in to your account on our site. Once you shop using your email, Complex Points will start being added to your account automatically.

On desktop, you’ll find login in the top right under “My Account”; on mobile, in the top left inside the Menu.

How do I activate program membership?

You don’t need to do anything - membership activates automatically as soon as you create an account or place an order with us. From that moment on, you earn points with every purchase.

How do I claim / redeem a reward?

You automatically collect Complex Points with every purchase. Once you collect enough points, you can choose a reward in “My Account → Loyalty Program” and redeem it with your next order.

To claim a reward, just add your selected product to cart in your next order and use your discount code - the amount will be deducted automatically.

I don’t have an account yet - how do I create one?

You can create an account in just a few seconds, and you’ll instantly get a 1,000-point welcome bonus when you register.

On desktop, registration is in the top right under My Account; on mobile, in the top left inside the Menu.

Where can I see my points balance?

You can find your points total after logging in under “My Account” on our website. You can also redeem your points on that page.

Do Complex Points expire?

Just like performance, your points need regular movement. Each point stays active for 365 days from the day you earn it, then resets and a new cycle begins.

Do I need to pay for membership?

No, loyalty program membership is completely free. Just create an account on our e-shop and you can start collecting points.
